- 2 cups Queens bean flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- A pinch of salt
- Pepper flake as desired (optional)
- Combine Queens bean flour, eggs, water and salt together in a bowl. Add more water if you like your pancakes light.
- Heat up a frying pan, grease with cooking spray/olive oil. Pour 1/6th of the batter into pan to cook, flip for the side to cook. Repeat for all 6
- Serve hot! Can be served with a beautiful Plantain veggie stir fry as shown in the picture.
