Beans Pancake

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Queens bean flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pepper flake as desired (optional)

Preparation 

  1. Combine Queens bean flour, eggs, water and salt together in a bowl. Add more water if you like your pancakes light.
  2. Heat up a frying pan, grease with cooking spray/olive oil. Pour 1/6th of the batter into pan to cook, flip for the side to cook. Repeat for all 6
  3. Serve hot! Can be served with a beautiful Plantain veggie stir fry as shown in the picture.
